Product Name: Bestways SaluSpa Paris
Purchase Date: April 2, 2020
Purchase Price: $399
Full disclosure: When we bought this, we were stressed out in covid-19 lockdown. We figured that in the absolute worst case scenario, the inflatable hot tub ended up as the most expensive kiddy pool one could buy OR we just return it.
Before purchasing, I noticed the Bestways SaluSpa Paris model sets itself apart quite a bit from others.
TLDR; This thing is badass. Just fucking buy one!
There are several reasons “real” hot tubs suck. They’re heavy, hard or impossible to move, often require electrical work to support 220v or natural gas, and are found on Craigslist for free because of this. Are you in a rental? No chance you’re bringing in a huge hot tub. This all on top of that $4000 price tag… WTF?!
Enter the Bestway SaluSpa inflatable hot tub! Set up was pretty basic and we began filling it up within twenty minutes of unboxing. The directions were limited to a few pictures underlining that anyone can set this hot tub up.
The control center is very easy to use. It provides typical filtration, temperature control, and BUBBLES!!! The bubbles are great and work far past my original expectations.
Before purchasing, I noticed the Bestways SaluSpa Paris model sets itself apart quite a bit from others. Intex PureSpa, Coleman SaluSpa, and a few other brands have the structure of the tub and the water retention as the same. The Bestway SaluSpa is two parts: the exterior strength, structure, ground pad liner as one layer and the internal water & air bladder. I like this as it provides a bit more protection to the part that actually keeps the water in.
Things you should know
Like a traditional hot tub, you will still need to maintain it as such. There are chemicals you’ll need to add, filters you’ll need to clean regularly.
We like the EcoOne kit. It comes with shock and maintenance chemicals and seems to not be overbearing with chlorine oder.

Bestway SaluSpa Inflatable Hot Tub
Pros:
- Easy set up
- 110v outlet
- Bubbles are awesome
- Lid with Child Safety Clips
- Decent size
- Comfortable floor pad
- Definitely one of the cheaper inflatables
- Lid included
Cons:
- Lid seems to be required to achieve 104 degrees. Without it in cold climates, the 110v heater would have a hard time keeping up.
- Bubbles speed loss of heat (Typical of any hot tub)
- Advertised as 6 person tub, really 4 MAX
- Bestways? Ya, I have no clue how reputable this company is. Will they uphold the warranty if needed? I have no clue.
Cart Score: 5/5
I could argue the Bestways SaluSpa Paris is definitely worth adding to your cart. So far, it has blown away our expectations. The kids have been loving it, begging to go in every day, and we’ve been enjoying cocktails in there every night. I’ll be sure to write up another review 60-90 days from now.
